Tyler Dorsey is entering the new season with major individual goals while expecting Olympiacos to play a different brand of basketball following its offseason changes.
Speaking with Antonis Stroggylakis during Olympiacos’ annual Media Day, Dorsey discussed the team’s preparations as the reigning Greek and European champions get ready for another demanding campaign.
The shooting guard believes the additions made during the offseason will have a noticeable impact on the way Olympiacos operates on the court.
According to Dorsey, the new-look team “will be faster and play a different style of basketball.”
Along with discussing the team’s changes, Dorsey made it clear that his personal ambitions remain extremely high.
He described himself as “hungry” entering the season and revealed that his goal is to become “the best player in Europe.”
His contract situation is another important storyline heading into the campaign.
Dorsey’s current deal with Olympiacos expires after this season, leaving questions about his longer-term future with the club.
