George Russell missed out on pole for tomorrow’s Italian F1 Grand Prix as Alpine’s Pierre Gasly qualified fastest at Monza.
The Frenchman’s surprise lap was six hundredths of a second quicker than the British driver who had to make do with second spot.
Oscar Piastri was third for McLaren, Charles Leclerc will be fourth on the grid – one place ahead of Ferrari teammate :Lewis Hamilton.
