Former Duke standout Kyle Singler called out longtime coach Mike Krzyzewski in several Instagram videos Tuesday night, claiming that Coach K has ignored his requests for help.
“Man, Coach K has set me up,” Singler said. “Set me up, man. I have no power. I have no house. I’ve reached out to coach and everybody has turned the other way.”
Singler, who played at Duke from 2007-11 and helped the Blue Devils win the 2010 national championship, made several allegations in the videos, including claims that people have broken into his home and stolen money.
“Coach, where you at? Help a brother out. Thought we were on the same team, man,” he said.
In another video, Singler said he feels unable to leave his home and again asked Krzyzewski for assistance.
“I’m stuck at my house and I can’t leave, I feel imprisoned,” Singler said. “Coach, I need your help, man.”
Singler later accused his former coach of repeatedly dismissing his attempts to make contact.
“Coach, man, I’ve reached out to you many times and shared with you where I’m at and you’ve just been deflective. Leaving people in the dust. I don’t respect it.”
The posts follow a series of videos Singler has shared in recent years in which he has made various allegations and expressed concerns about his safety.
In November 2024, he said, “I fear for my life every day,” prompting several former players, including Kevin Love, to publicly offer support.
