P.J. Tucker believes LeBron James could be headed to the Golden State Warriors this offseason.
Appearing on the “Club 520” podcast during Fanatics Fest, Tucker shared his prediction for James’ next destination and said he expects the Warriors to make a major splash.
“I got him going to Golden State,” the player said during the live show. “LeBron to Golden State is going to be tough.”
Tucker also suggested Golden State wouldn’t stop there, predicting the team would try to reunite James with Anthony Davis through a trade.
Rumors linking James to the Warriors have circulated for months, even before he officially entered free agency.
The idea gained traction after James and Stephen Curry starred together for Team USA at the 2024 Olympics, where Curry’s dominant shooting helped secure the gold medal.
A reunion with Davis would add another intriguing element. The two former Lakers stars won an NBA championship together in 2020 and spent seven seasons as teammates in Los Angeles.
Golden State has reportedly shown interest in adding both veterans as Stephen Curry enters the final stage of his career.
However, acquiring Davis remains a difficult task, as recent reports indicate the Washington Wizards have no plans to trade the All-Star big man.
