Ireland defeat Japan

Ireland have maintained their 100% winning record in the Nations Championship.

Andy Farrell’s side picked up a bonus point in their 20-36 victory over Japan in Australia.

Tom O’Toole, Nick Timoney and Robbie Henshaw scored first half tries, while Seán Jansen and Tom Stewart crossed in the second period.

Next up for Ireland is a trip to Eden Park on Saturday, July 18th, where New Zealand await.

Tom Stewart went over for a late try to give a more convincing look to the scoreline as the Irish made it two wins from two.

France also secured back to back victories as they beat Australia 42-26 in Brisbane.

New Zealand have a new all-time record try scorer in Will Jordan as the All Blacks thrashed Italy 47-17.

England will take on Fiji this afternoon at the Everton’s Hill Dickenson Stadium.

Scotland face South Africa and Wales are in Argentina.
