Cedi Osman is reportedly close to completing a move to PAOK after Panathinaikos accepted a buyout offer, with the transfer expected to be finalized in the near future, according to Eurohoops sources.

The former Cleveland Cavaliers and San Antonio Spurs forward returned to Europe in 2024 and quickly became an important part of Panathinaikos, playing a key role for the Greek powerhouse during his time with the club.

According to the report, Panathinaikos will receive a €2 million buyout, while Osman is set to sign an unprecedented contract at the EuroCup level worth €9 million net over the next three seasons.

His exit comes as Panathinaikos continues to overhaul its roster under new head coach Željko Obradović. The club has already reinforced the squad this summer with the additions of Isaac Bonga, Guerschon Yabusele, Brancou Badio, and Moustapha Fall.

Osman is expected to become part of an ambitious PAOK project led by head coach Andrea Trinchieri. The Thessaloniki club will compete in the BKT EuroCup next season and is continuing to strengthen its roster with hopes of competing at the highest level.

Eurohoops also reports that PAOK has submitted a €1.5 million buyout offer for Vassilis Toliopoulos, whose current contract with Panathinaikos does not contain an opt-out clause.
