The Western Conference Finals shifts to San Antonio tied 1-1, but availability concerns headline Game 3 between the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs at Frost Bank Center on Friday night.

De’Aaron Fox is listed as questionable with a right ankle sprain, while Dylan Harper is also questionable due to right adductor soreness for the Spurs. Both guards have been central to San Antonio’s offensive structure throughout the playoffs, with Fox averaging 18.8 points and 5.8 assists per game.

On the Thunder side, Jalen Williams is listed as questionable with left hamstring soreness. His two-way impact has been a key swing factor in the postseason, where he has averaged 17.8 points while shooting 52.7% from the field. Thomas Sorber remains out due to right ACL surgical recovery.

Victor Wembanyama continues to anchor the Spurs despite the injury uncertainty around his backcourt. He enters Game 3 averaging 22.2 points, 11.9 rebounds and 4.0 blocks per game in the playoffs, providing rim protection that has been a defining defensive factor for San Antonio.

Stephon Castle and Devin Vassell are expected to carry increased ball-handling and spacing responsibility if Fox is limited. Castle has averaged 19.7 points and 6.5 assists, while Vassell contributes 12.5 points per game, offering secondary creation alongside Wembanyama’s interior dominance.

For Oklahoma City, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander remains the central offensive engine at 28.7 points and 7.8 assists per game, with Chet Holmgren supplying frontcourt efficiency at 17.0 points and 8.5 rebounds.

The series has already shown tight margins, with both teams trading wins in Oklahoma City. Game 3 is expected to hinge heavily on defensive execution, transition control, and how each team manages rotation flexibility depending on final injury decisions.

Tip-off is set for 8:30 PM ET as both teams attempt to gain a critical edge before the series swings back to Oklahoma City.
