Hull City have secured their place in the Championship play-off final at Wembley on Saturday week.

Chelsea are reportedly interested in bringing in former Real Madrid boss Xabi Alonso as a permanent replacement for Liam Rosenior.
The ex-Liverpool player has been out of work since he was left the Spanish side in January.
