The Portland Trail Blazers face the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday, November 16, at 7:00 PM ET at the American Airlines Center, with both teams dealing with major injuries. Portland enters the game at 6-6, while Dallas struggles at 3-10.

Portland will be without Damian Lillard (left Achilles tendon, injury management), Scoot Henderson (left hamstring tear), Matisse Thybulle (left thumb ligaments tear), and Blake Wesley (right foot fracture). Javonte Cooke and Hansen Yang remain in the G League and are unavailable for the main roster.

Dallas is set to miss Kyrie Irving (left knee surgery), Dante Exum (right knee, injury management), and Ryan Nembhard (left knee sprain). Anthony Davis is listed as doubtful with a left calf strain, while P.J. Washington is probable with a left shoulder strain. Cooper Flagg is available despite a right thumb sprain.

Deni Avdija leads the Trail Blazers with 25.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game. Shaedon Sharpe adds 20.9 points, while Jrue Holiday contributes 16.7 points and 8.3 assists. With Lillard sidelined, scoring responsibility falls heavily on Avdija and Sharpe.

For the Mavericks, Davis averages 20.8 points and 10.2 rebounds, while Flagg contributes 15.2 points per game.

Portland has a 3-4 record on the road this season, while Dallas has struggled at home with a 2-7 record. The Trail Blazers aim to extend their recent competitive play after a 6-6 start, while the Mavericks look for a rare home win to stabilize their early-season record.
