The Denver Nuggets released their latest injury report ahead of Saturday’s road game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, and Nikola Jokic’s status remains the main question entering the matchup at Target Center.

Denver listed Jokic as questionable with a left-wrist sprain after the center logged 55 points against the Clippers on Wednesday. His availability will shape how the Nuggets approach an opponent that has won six of its past seven games.

The Nuggets will again be without multiple rotation players. Christian Braun is out due to a left-ankle sprain. Cameron Johnson remains sidelined with a right-biceps strain. Two-way players Tamar Bates and Curtis Jones are unavailable, and DaRon Holmes II is on G League assignment.

The Nuggets enter the night at 9–2 with a 3–2 road record. Their offense has leaned heavily on Jokic, who is averaging 28.8 points, 13.1 rebounds, and 10.9 assists through 11 games. Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon have carried additional scoring duties,

Minnesota, which improved to 8–4 after Thursday’s win over Sacramento, had not yet submitted its injury report as the time of this reporting. The Timberwolves have relied on Anthony Edwards, Julius Randle, and Rudy Gobert to navigate a demanding early-season schedule.

Edwards is averaging 27.5 points and has reached at least 30 in three of his past four outings. Randle is providing 25.4 points and 7.5 rebounds, giving Minnesota a consistent interior presence. Gobert’s rebounding and rim protection continue to anchor the defense as he posts 9.9 boards and 1.8 blocks per game.

Denver defeated Minnesota in their first meeting on October 27 behind a 43-point performance from Murray. Jokic controlled the glass with 19 rebounds that night, helping the Nuggets generate second-chance opportunities and early-offense looks.

If Jokic sits, Jonas Valanciunas and Zeke Nnaji would likely absorb his minutes, while Denver would rely more on guards Tim Hardaway Jr., Bruce Brown, and Peyton Watson to stabilize their offense. The Nuggets have posted six straight wins, but their rotation tightens significantly without their All-NBA center.

Minnesota’s frontcourt depth, which includes Naz Reid off the bench, would present a significant challenge if Denver is forced to adjust its matchup plan. Reid is averaging 10.9 points and 5.6 rebounds while giving the Timberwolves reliable minutes when Gobert rests.

Saturday’s contest marks the second game of a four-game road stretch for Denver. Minnesota begins a five-game homestand that includes matchups with Dallas, Washington, Phoenix, and Sacramento.
