The New York Knicks and Milwaukee Bucks both enter Tuesday’s game with several players listed as questionable, impacting rotations and game plans.

For the Knicks, Miles McBride, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Guerschon Yabusele are all listed as questionable, while Mitchell Robinson remains out with a left ankle injury.

McBride’s absence could limit New York’s backcourt depth, as Jalen Brunson has averaged 30.3 points and 5.7 assists over three games this season. Towns leads the team in rebounds with 14.0 per game, making his availability critical for interior presence.

Yabusele’s left knee sprain adds uncertainty to the Knicks’ forward rotation, potentially affecting minutes for OG Anunoby and Mikal Bridges, who are averaging 16 points per game each. Robinson’s continued recovery from a left ankle injury keeps the Knicks thin in the center position.

Milwaukee is also dealing with notable injuries heading into the contest. Cole Anthony and Kyle Kuzma are both questionable, while Kevin Porter Jr. is out with a left ankle sprain. Giannis Antetokounmpo remains healthy and is expected to anchor the Bucks’ frontcourt.

Anthony’s illness and Kuzma’s ankle sprain could limit bench scoring, putting more pressure on starters like Antetokounmpo, Myles Turner, and Gary Trent Jr. to maintain offensive production. The Bucks have scored 122.7 points per game this season, with Antetokounmpo contributing 36 points on average.

Porter Jr.’s absence removes a scoring option from the wing, forcing Milwaukee to rely on role players such as Bobby Portis and AJ Green for secondary scoring.

The Knicks and Bucks have both started the season 2–1, making Tuesday’s matchup pivotal for early standings in the Eastern Conference. New York is 2–0 at home, while Milwaukee is 1–0 at Fiserv Forum this season.
