Olimpia Milano has officially signed power forward Nate Sestina, bringing the 2.06-meter forward from Valencia Basket to the Italian club for the 2025-26 season.
Sestina expressed excitement about joining a team with a “rich history of winning” and hopes to contribute to Milan’s continued success.
The 28-year-old Pennsylvania native began his basketball journey at Cameron County High School, earning North Tier Conference Player of the Year honors in 2015. He played four seasons at Bucknell, averaging 15.8 points and 8.5 rebounds in his senior year, before transferring to Kentucky for a final collegiate season.
Sestina’s professional career has spanned multiple leagues. He played in the G League for the Long Island Nets, then moved to Israel’s Hapoel Holon, and later to Turkey with Merkezefendi and Ankara.
In 2023-24, he debuted in the EuroLeague with Fenerbahce, helping the team secure the Turkish title, and he won the Spanish Super Cup with Valencia in 2024.
Milano enters the 2025-26 EuroLeague campaign with a 2-3 record after five games.
