The Atlanta Hawks have agreed to a two-way deal with Caleb Houstan, NBA insider Michael Scotto reported. The 22-year-old wing first signed with the team on August 19.

Houstan spent the past three seasons with the Orlando Magic, appearing in 168 games and averaging 4.1 points in 14.4 minutes per contest. He shot 40% from beyond the arc last season and has developed a reputation as a reliable perimeter shooter.

During the 2025–26 preseason, Houstan showed scoring potential, posting 21 points with six three-pointers against the Miami Heat on October 14. He also contributed on defense with two steals and two blocks in that game.

The two-way deal allows Houstan to split time between Atlanta and their G League affiliate, providing opportunities for consistent minutes while remaining part of the NBA roster.
