The Dallas Mavericks have agreed to a two-way contract with center Moussa Cisse, according to NBA insider Michael Scotto. The 7-foot big man joins Dallas after going undrafted in the 2025 NBA Draft.

Cisse spent five collegiate seasons across multiple programs, including Memphis, Oklahoma State, and Ole Miss. Known for his defensive instincts and rim protection, he averaged 6.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks per game across 150 NCAA appearances.

The Guinea native began his college career at Memphis in 2020–21 before transferring to Oklahoma State, where he made his biggest impact. In the 2022–23 season, he averaged 6.8 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks while shooting 58.2% from the field.

Cisse later joined Ole Miss for the 2023–24 campaign before returning to Memphis for his final collegiate season. He appeared in 35 games for the Tigers, posting 5.7 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks in 18.2 minutes per contest.

After going undrafted in June, Cisse joined the Mavericks for the 2025 NBA Summer League. In five games, he averaged 5.4 points on 60% shooting with 4.0 rebounds and nearly a block per game in limited minutes.

The two-way contract allows Dallas to split Cisse’s time between the NBA roster and its G League affiliate, the Texas Legends.
