NEWCASTLE fans have taken over Covent Garden for a second consecutive night as they celebrate Carabao Cup success.
The Toon Army hit the streets in both the capital and back in the North East following the historic 2-1 win over Liverpool.
Dan Burn and Alexander Isak were on target for Eddie Howe’s men at the Home of Football.
Newcastle survived a late scare after Federico Chiesa netted a consolation in stoppage time.
It gave the Toon their first domestic trophy in 70 years.
There were scenes of jubilation in the dressing rooms as Burn led the dancing among the players.

And the beer was quickly flowing among supporters as disbelieving fans flocked into central London to celebrate.
Fans were seen climbing lampposts and chanting just hours after Gary Neville cheekily called for a “Geordie Bank Holiday”.
Supporters who hadn’t been able to get down south gathered around St James Park.
Thousands flocked to the ground after the final whistle, with videos going viral of supporters celebrating on Alan Shearer’s statue.

Newcastle fans had travelled down in huge numbers ahead of Sunday’s game.
They packed out central areas of the capital on Saturday night, lighting flares and supping up ahead of the big game.
Boss Howe admitted the occasion got the better of him after his team held on to bag a first trophy since 1955.
The 47-year-old is the first Englishman since Harry Redknapp in 2008 to lift major silverware.
Howe, fighting back tears, said: “We were well aware of the history and we wanted to do the club proud.
“We wanted to score, we wanted to perform and we wanted to win.
“We are breaking new ground, I thought we were magnificent.
“We knew what was at stake today for all of our fans, we wanted to do them proud and win the trophy.
“I am so, so pleased with the result and the performance – we deserved to win today.
“It was tough when Liverpool scored. I was thinking about extra time, we always make it difficult for ourselves it was never going to be 2-0.”
Goal hero Burn is set to join up with England for the first time on Monday.
He admitted: “I don’t want to go to sleep because I feel like I am dreaming.

“As soon as I headed it, I knew it was in. I don’t get many so at least I saved it for a big occasion.
“I feel strange the minute. It is hard to put into words.”
