WOLVES have announced the signing of Pablo Sarabia from PSG only minutes before their FA Cup clash with Liverpool.
The attacking midfielder, 30, arrives to try and give the side a boost amid their relegation battle.
He is the third signing of the window for the Midlands club after they already landed Matheus Cunha on loan and Mario Lemina permanently.
The two are going head-to-head 10 days after their controversial draw at Anfield.
Sarabia was registered too late to play any part in the game but was pictured watching the cup clash from the stands at Molineux.
He could potentially make his debut during Sunday’s Premier League trip to Manchester City.
The Spaniard has spent most of the season so far playing alongside world-class talent at Paris Saint-Germain.
Despite the side being packed with talent, Sarabia managed to make 14 league appearances with PSG now top of Ligue 1 after a slow start to the campaign.
The new signing had been in Paris since 2019, although he spent last season on loan at Sporting Lisbon.
He had previously played at Spanish clubs Getafe and Sevilla.
Julen Lopetegui has been busy in the market as he bids to reverse Wolves’ fortunes.
They first landed Atletico Madrid’s Matheus Cunha on loan as looked to sharpen up their goal-shy attack.
Earlier this week, they also confirmed the signing of former Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina.
