ROY KEANE was left bemused after rap star Stormzy joined their on-air Sky Sports coverage at Old Trafford.
The Manchester United fan travelled to see Erik ten Hag’s side beat Liverpool 2-1.
Jamie Carragher, Gary Neville and Keane were providing analysis after the match when Stormzy made a surprise appearance.
And it left United’s former captain shocked, as Keane said: “I thought this was a football show, what’s happening?”
Fans online were loving the surprise pairing between Keane and Stormzy.
One said: “Roy Keane and Stormzy is a funny link up.”
Another added: “I think Roy Keane hanging out with Stormzy was a bigger highlight than Man Utd beating Liverpool.”
Stormzy, one of Britain’s most prominent music artists, then joked he was star-struck having been in the presence of Premier League legends.
He said: “Sorry, I’m a bit flustered right now.
“Do you know what it is? I’ve never met these lot before, so we was walking past, we was a bit star-struck and someone gave me a mic and now I’m here!”
The performer picked the perfect game to go to, as goals from Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho won United the game.
It was a much needed result for Ten Hag, who suffered shock defeat to Brighton at home and Brentford away before Liverpool’s visit.
He said: “We can talk about tactical but it is all about attitude. There was communication and a fighting spirit.
“I wanted a different approach and a different attitude and that is what they brought on the pitch.
“It is only a start. We can play with much more composure and much more danger.
“Be a team and have a good spirit – and that is what we saw today. It is not always about what I said.
“I said we have to act and not to talk a lot and make sure you are a team and battle and be brave and give each other options.”
