Sheffield Wednesday have been deducted a further six points for breaching financial rules and failing to pay players under former owner Dejphon Chansiri.
It leaves them on minus 10 points at the bottom of the Championship table.
The English Football League has confirmed that Chansiri is prohibited from being an owner or director of an EFL club for a period of three years.
