MARCUS RASHFORD has sent a classy message to Shola Shoretire after the teenager made his senior Manchester United debut.
The 17-year-old made his first-team bow in the 3-1 win over Newcastle, replacing England star Rashford late on.
Shoretire was being courted by the likes of European giants Barcelona and Juventus before he signed his first professional deal with United recently.
And the wonderkid was sent a heartfelt message by Rashford who knows exactly what it feels like to graduate through the Old Trafford academy.

Alongside a heart emoji, he tweeted: “Cherish this moment for ever little bro. Your family must be very proud.”
Speaking post-match the England hero added: “It’s in our DNA, it’s what we do at Man United.
“It’s important our kids know when they’re good enough, [they know] they’re old enough.
“Shola has been training with us now for a little while, and has done really well, [this] was the next step up.
“In the last transfer window we let a few players go out on loan, which made the path for him shorter and I’m sure he’ll remember his five or six minutes on the pitch tonight.”
Shoretire is in line to follow up tonight’s cameo with his European debut ahead of the second leg clash against Spanish side Real Sociedad.
Boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer joined Rashford in hailing the attacker as he explained his rapid rise in the club pecking order.
He said: “It’s important that our kids know that when they’re good enough, they’re old enough.
“Shola has been training with us for a while, done really well and it was next step for him.
“A few players went out on loan which made the path for him shorter.”
Solskjaer added: “He is a boy we believe in.
“We wanted to give him a little taste of it (playing in the Premier League).
“Of course the game was not done, still another six or seven minutes but he is a boy we believe in.”
