HARRY KANE is out until April with a hamstring injury, Tottenham have confirmed.
The captain and lethal frontman will have surgery to repair a ruptured tendon in his left hamstring.
He was injured in Spurs’ Premier League game against Southampton.
It could mean the 26-year-old faces a race to be fit for the start of the 2020 European Championships.
England kick off their campaign against Croatia on June 14.
