Morning, Arsenal fans
Mikel Arteta is pondering an instant debut for new Arsenal winger Leandro Trossard in tomorrow’s home humdinger against Manchester United.
And Trossard himself says he’s switched from Brighton for “magic moments”.
The Belgium star already bought into the Prem leaders’ title bid.
He told Arsenal.com: “This is a big club and I’m ready to show the fans what I can do.
“Everyone has seen how well we’re doing and I’m here to help achieve their dreams, including myself.”
Spezia’s Poland centre-back Jakub Kiwior is on the brink of moving to the Emirates
And the Gunners are tipped to land Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga on loan.
The six-cap Frenchman, 20, has had an in-and-out time since leaving Rennes for the Spanish giants in 2021.
Arsenal might also look again at Juventus’ Italy midfield ace Manuel Locatelli at the end of the season.
But Jaidon Anthony’s agent believes the Gunners’ target won’t leave Bournemouth this month and wants to sign a new contract.
The winger, 23, was with Arsenal as a kid and has also been trailed recently by Borussia Monchengladbach, Bayer Leverkusen and Leicester City.
But his representative Godfrey Torto told The Daily Echo: “Jaidon has always indicated he’s happy at Bournemouth.
“He loves the club and his focus is trying to help the club get results, and try and stay in the league.”
