Tyler Dorsey Ahead of the EuroLeague Final: “As Long as I’m on the Court, I’m Always Going to Be Happy”

Ahead of the highly anticipated EuroLeague Final against Real Madrid, Tyler Dorsey spoke about tactical adjustments, the importance of fan support, and the passion for basketball that always keeps a smile on his face.

In the semifinal between Valencia and Real Madrid, only available Real’s center Usman Garuba suffered serious injury in the second half. But, even without centers playing against Real won’t be easy at all and Tyler Dorsey agrees.

“Less is more some time, so we have to adjust tomorrow. We used to play against them with Tavares. I think we should adjust offense a little bit. Rebounds will be a big key factor for both teams”, Dorsey made a comment about Real Madrid without centers.

Spanish teams are up and down, that matches my style really. I am up and down type of a guy. Who knows what will happen. It is one game, things can be different”, said Tyler whose team will have big support from the fans in Finals of the EuroLeague.

“Fans give us that energy we need, especially in the slum, in the run. Both ways and it is always beneficial. And we love having them, and will try to fight for them as well. They are the part of all of this”, said Olympiacos’ shooting guard, known for always wearing a smile both on and off the court, while staying completely focused on the game and remarkably calm in the most crucial moments.

“I love to smile and I love the game. It gives me this passion, this feeling is great. So as long as I am playing basketball, as long as I am on the court, I’m always going to be happy”, finished Dorsey his interview before the EuroLeague final game against Real Madrid.
