Oklahoma City Thunder big man Chet Holmgren says that the group could care less about outside narratives.
(via Oklahoma City Thunder):
“Narratives are formed and opinions are formed by people who have absolutely no impact on outcomes or what leads to those outcomes. People say youth hurt us. Now, they’re saying youth helped us. If we played bad this year, they’d say we’re youthful and we don’t know how to approach the season after winning a championship. You know what I’m saying? So you can try to create correlations there, but I just think that we’re a hungry team that is chasing improvement, trying to get better, and that’s all there is to it.”
